Our Employees

EcoMetric’s staff includes people with advanced degrees in engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, public policy, and various social sciences; professional engineers, certified energy managers and certified measurement and verification professionals. We are headquartered in Paoli, Pennsylvania; our staff is based in several other US states and in an off-shore office in Pune, India.

Salil is the Founder & CEO of EcoMetric. His expertise includes a variety of energy efficiency and distributed generation services and products tailored to mitigating climate change. Salil has advised numerous utilities, regulators and state agencies in finding the most economical way to produce, distribute and conserve energy.

Mike’s expertise spans multiple facets of the energy efficiency industry including engineering, research, program evaluation and data analytics. Mike leads operations and mentors the engineering team at EcoMetric.

Where We Work

Pennsylvania (HQ)
EcoMetric’s headquarters is located at the Paoli Commons office park in the technology and service industry hub of Chester County, Pennsylvania. The office park is close to public transportation and has access to walking trails and a fitness center. EcoMetric’s office condo has an high efficiency HVAC system, Low-E double pane windows, LED lighting, ample daylight and glazed frontage.
